The award ceremony for the "23rd Award for Excellent New Technologies and New Products of Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises" was held on May 11th in Tokyo.
The wastewater purification system developed by ACT won the Excellence Award at that ceremony. Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, and AIST, which jointly developed the system with ACT, won the Special Award for Industry-Academia-Government Partnerships.
