[Patent information] Disinfection device

The patent "disinfection device" filed in March 2019 was approved.

It is a device for disinfecting hooves of ungulates such as cows to protect them from hoof disease. Using "alkaline electrolyzed water" and "acidic electrolyzed water" to wash and disinfect them is highly effective but inefficient because it is necessary to lead ungulates to two washing tanks in sequence. This invention has solved the problem, making it possible to clean and disinfect the hooves of ungulates more appropriately and efficiently.

Even though the salt-free hypochlorous acid water (acidic electrolyzed water) produced by ACT has high sterilization power, it is harmless to humans and animals and does not pollute the environment. The co-produced alkaline electrolyzed water has a high cleaning capacity. These two types of electrolyzed water can clean and disinfect more safely and securely than disinfectants such as copper sulfate.

We will support food safety, increase the number of technologies that only ACT can provide, and further contribute to society.
